The courtyard at the Chesapeake Apartments is open all year round.

Yes. We do not have a weight limit but don't allow aggressive breeds. Please call our D.C. office at (833) 467-2250 for the list of breeds not allowed.

The Chesapeake Apartments works with a furniture company that offers different furniture packages.

Approval can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on the application.

Rent can be paid using the resident portal or by dropping off a check, cashier check and/or money order to the Chesapeake Apartments office.

Yes, The Chesapeake Apartments require renter's Insurance of $100,000 at the time of move-in and must be in force throughout the term of your residency.

Chesapeake residents are responsible for all utilities and will be billed monthly by the property or provider in addition to the monthly rent.

Our Forest Hills apartment community is within the DC Public School District.
