I am very satisfied with the management and quality of living at the Chesapeake. Management is friendly, courteous, and responsive, as is maintenance. The neighborhood could use more non-residential businesses and restaurants but overall it is a very nice community.

Beautiful and spacious apartment a with hardwood floors and updates appliances. The building has very well maintained amenities and it is located near the van ness metro, restaurant and grocery stores.
